When your hands are on a client, you can’t pick up the phone. PW Booking lets your clients book on your clinic’s website while you work.
Clients can book on your website whenever it suits them. You get an email for each new booking and can see all upcoming appointments in WordPress.
Set a fixed break between two bookings, so there’s time to change the sheets and air the room. The break is included automatically when available times are shown.
Create e.g. 30, 60 and 90-minute massages, each with its own price. Clients can add extras, and time and price are added up.
On the “My bookings” page, clients sign in with a link sent by email and can see or cancel upcoming appointments within your deadline.
This is how booking could look for a massage clinic – with its own logo, a warm accent colour and massages in several lengths. It’s a demo, so no real appointment is booked.
