Booking without sending clients elsewhere
Many small businesses link to an external booking system. It works, but the client leaves your site, and the experience no longer looks like your brand. With PW Booking, the whole booking happens on your own website.
You set the rules
Set opening hours for each weekday and close single days, e.g. for holidays. You also choose the minimum notice for a booking, how far ahead clients can book, and whether there should be a break between two clients.
Clients cancel on their own
The confirmation email includes a link, so clients can cancel themselves within the deadline you set. On a “My bookings” page, clients sign in with a link sent by email and see their upcoming appointments.

In WordPress you see upcoming, past and cancelled bookings. You can add bookings yourself or block out times. The client list keeps notes, booking history and marketing consent in one place.

The booking form automatically uses your website’s font, and you pick an accent colour for buttons and selected fields.
