Do I need to download the app from the App Store or Google Play?
No. The app opens from your website and is added to your home screen with one tap. It works like a regular app – without app stores or updates.
Are the client journals secure?
Yes. Journal notes are encrypted before they are saved, and every view and correction is logged. Corrections never overwrite the original note.
Can my staff use the app too?
Yes. Access is controlled by WordPress user roles, so you decide who can see bookings and journals.
Does the app work with my current website?
The app requires a WordPress site with PW Booking Pro. If you don’t have that yet, we’re happy to help you set it up.
